23-yr-old man arrested for stabbing his mom to death in Delta
The Delta State Police Command says its operatives have arrested a
23-year-old man, identified simply as Samson, for allegedly stabbing his mother to d@ath in Obiaruku, Ukwuani Local Government Area of the state.
It was gathered that the suspect, who’s said to be a drug addict, attacked his mom with a knif£ after she cautioned him against smoking early in the morning.
In a video currently making the rounds, the suspect was seen holding the knife as his mom lays in a pool of her blood.
According to reports, a close relative disclosed that Samson initially relocated to Asaba to learn a trade after completing secondary school.
However, he was allegedly brought back a few months later after associating with a group of people who introduced him to drugs which had a detrimental impact on his mental health.
