German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier set to visit Nigeria for three-day official trip.
German President Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier is set to embark on a three-day official visit to Nigeria from December 10 to 12, according to a statement from the German Embassy in Abuja.
This marks the third high-level exchange between the two nations since President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s inauguration.
Accompanied by business leaders and senior representatives from leading companies in IT, high tech, and energy, President Steinmeier will meet with President Tinubu and Dr. Alieu Omar Touray, President of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission.
During his visit to Lagos, Steinmeier is also expected to meet with Dr. Nike Okundaye, popularly known as Mama Nike of the Nike Art Gallery, and Nobel Laureate Prof. Wole Soyinka.
