A farmer reported his neighbor to the authorities for allegedly killing his fishes by pouring insecticide into the pond.

A farmer has taken action to have his neighbor arrested for allegedly killing his fish by pouring insecticide into the pond.

Describing his neighbor as “heartless,” the fish farmer shared a video of himself removing the dead fish from the pond as evidence. The neighbor is now said to be in police custody.
